What kind of images work best?

Clear, high-resolution images with good contrast. Bright outdoor photos often work best. Avoid dark, blurry, or pixelated pictures — what you upload is exactly what we engrave.

Can I engrave both text and a photo?

YES! Just use the customization tool to add both. You can move, resize, and preview everything before checkout.

Can I preview my engraving before it's made?

Yes! If you choose the “PDF” option, you will see the closest representation of how your products will look like once engraved.

Can I personalise both the front and back of the item?

At the moment, we only engrave on one side — the front. Dual-sided engraving is something we're looking into for future product versions!

Can I request a specific font or style that’s not listed?

You can always let us know by using the "Contact us" form at the bottom of the page. If we have access to the font or can replicate the style, we’ll be happy to accommodate it!

What happens if I upload the wrong image by accident?

If you realise it before we engrave, just email us right away with your order number and the correct image. If the engraving has already started, unfortunately we won’t be able to stop the process — but we’ll do everything we can to help.

Do you offer bulk discounts for events or teams?

Yes! Whether you're ordering for a wedding party, event, or team — reach out to us via our contact page or email, and we’ll sort out a bulk rate and faster turnaround.

Are the materials safe for skin/allergies?

Our dog tags are made from stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and resistant to rust and tarnish. Perfect for everyday wear!

How do I care for my engraved piece?

To keep it looking sharp, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals. A soft cloth and warm water with mild soap is all you need to clean it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to engrave and dispatch within 2–3 business days. UK shipping usually takes 1–3 days after that. You'll receive tracking info once it’s on the way!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK — but stay tuned!

Can I return a custom item?

Since these are personalized, we can't accept returns unless there's a mistake on our end. But don’t worry — we check everything before engraving and will always send a preview if you choose the manual option.
