Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following day. While we are able to dispatch items on weekends, please note that delivery companies may not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Delivery typically takes [2-3] business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. We are working to expand to other regions in the future—stay tuned!

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress through our shipping partner’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred after shipping. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Items:
ECSILED is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@ecsiled.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item. If this happens, please contact us at support@ecsiled.com for support.
