General Return Policy

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. This includes any product where you have uploaded designs, text, or images, or selected from our pre-made designs for customization.

Non-Custom Products: Non-custom products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing a clear photo of the issue and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the resolution process.

Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Returns:

For faulty or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

For eligible non-custom products: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund or Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Custom products: Non-returnable unless faulty or defective.

Non-custom products: Must be unused and in original packaging.
